Why didn't I get an email notification for my order?

Please check your email spam folder.  DefenseShopper.com emails you a confirmation of order receipt, when your order is picked in our warehouse, and finally the tracking number when your order ships.  If you need tracking help, please use the form below and we would be happy to help.

When will my order ship?

DefenseShopper.com ships all orders within 24-48 hours.  You will receive notification with tracking information within 48 hours. Check your spam folder if you have not received.

How is my order shipped?

DefenseShopper.com ships most orders via USPS / Postal.  Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority.  Large shipments may be shipped via UPS or FedEx.  All orders ship free of charge.  If expedited service is ordered, your order will ship via Priority or other expedited service.

Are Stun Guns, Steel Batons, or Pepper Spray legal where I live?

DefenseShopper.com only ships where an item is legal to possess and carry.  Please refer to our Stun Device & Pepper Spray Laws page.  DefenseShopper.com can ship steel batons to all 50 states except California.
